The Story Of PunchList

Every company has a story to tell, and ours is a simple one. In Knoxville there are a large number of property owners, agents, and managers who need help with improvements at their properties. And there is a HUGE shortage of quality contractors and handymen to serve those needs. Our mission is to fix that issue by providing a team of reliable home improvement specialists who will call when they say they will call, will show up when they say they show up, and will provide a high quality craftsmanship in every project.

In The Beginning

PunchList was an Accident

We have historically been focused on our own investment properties throughout Knoxville. Our investors purchase dilapidated properties with heavy deferred maintenance and we lovingly bring them back to life. But the more years that passed, we realize that the contractors and handymen and specialty subcontractors in Knoxville are for the most part completely unreliable. They overpromise but underdeliver…or they ghost you entirely.

So, what did we do? We created our own team. And now we have this amazing group of talented guys and gals, and Knoxville has this growing need for exactly what we do, so we created PunchList as a complement to our existing investing activities. We have been working with homeowners, Realtors, and property managers in Knoxville, providing our home improvement services with a heavy focus on communication, reliability, and quality of work. And so far, we are so thrilled with our decision to branch out, as are the customers we’ve worked with to date.
